Basic Japanese class is not very basic for someone that isnot receptive for new experience and has no desires toblearn new skills. By not able to communicate at all, it discouraged progress. there is no clear guidance from the hotel on what to do, where to go. everyone was lost. The hotel staff has no information neither. However, once the team leader showed up and explained, everything was fine and the routine started. This is wherekids learned to help themselves and solve life problems. The staff is around to help and give support. there's always a bully but that should be an opportunity for kids to learn how to resolve the conflicts. there are patherah of activities thatvschool provides and extra on the weekends with extra fees. all in all, teenagers should experience The world in a safe place like Japan.

Very useful app. You can see any activities you want to sign up for, find your classes and it’s locations. It gives you the address of your accommodation and school so you always know where your going, and shows you your current mark in your courses. Overall, I think it’s a good app and very useful, just needs a few extra tweaks. :)

I give the app experience a one star, as it is not possible to give less. The app looks good, but there is little or no information in it (probably a back-end issue, even if the app was perfect it does not work without data being feed in somewhere, and it is absolutely not happening) We were at the airport ready to leave for a three week stay and there iwere still no travel or accommodation information available. Don’t select EF because of their fancy web or app, as it does not currently work. After an hour on hold I informed them, and asked them to ensure the data were inserted. As for campus credits? Ordered through the app, account charged but the credits are nowhere to be found. Next time we will also consider any smaller language school with real people supporting and answering the phone
