I like the interface and how easy it is to find what I need. I have had some consistent trouble with internal transfers through the app - I wish that could be fixed but it may just be an issue with my phone...
So much better already after only using it for 1 day! Great job on the update!!
I agree with previous comment. I have always had problems with the app! I think the CU operations lack a lot: incredibly long line inside and in drive through, website issues, not enough staff to handle customer load, but the absolute worst is the mobile banking app. I’m re installing it for the third time now! The only thing I think eCO has going for it is the employees. They are efficient, friendly and always cheerful.
