EarnStar: Earn Money Fast

i have been making at least $20 a week with this app - surveys are seemingly endless. The best part? you can cash out even with just $1 in earnings for a visa debit card. it has been the best experience for me as far as survey apps go - i've tried MANY . Every $5 you make you get to pick a prize box - i have won $5 multiple times, $10, etc. The very least i have ever gotten was $2z Also every few dollars earned you level up and get a small boost like 40 cents or so. But it all adds up quick. The only thing is that the app makes it seem as though you can't cash out till you hit $20 bc it has a bar that has $20 at the end of it , with a "claim reward" button next to it. I thought for the longest time that could not claim a reward till that bar filled up to $20. But in the earnstar website it says no minimum amount for cash out. So i tried clicking on the claim reward button and sure enough i was able to cash out at $5 , $2 , even $1! Love this app.

Only giving 5 stars so my review can be front and center. At first this app was amazing. The first one to experience issues was my boyfriend. He completed an offer and had to wait 7 days to get rewarded $70. Day 7 comes around the money is rewarded to him …. Great …. Except no matter what he did he could not redeem his earnings. Kept telling him there was a technical error to contact support. Issue with that is when he went to do so it wouldn’t even allow him to create a ticket to contact support. So he went to Earn Star desktop and emailed customer support. It’s been 2 days and he still hasn’t got a response. Now here comes my issue. Today I randomly go check my progress on one of the offers open my app and there’s a large sad face saying “ Due to recurring complaints about the quality of your responses you can’t take more surveys forever.” I don’t even take surveys ….. so I go click on the offers same face pops up and “you can’t take more games forever.” Mind you forever is the only word in bright red???? Go to ask what is happening. No response ….. they’re usually instant with responses. I guess when they figure you’ve made enough money they disable your account for no apparent reason or make it impossible to Withdraw your funds ……

I have mixed feelings about this company. For starters, they make you wait 7 days for your money, which while I disliked, I felt it was ok, if they wouldn’t screw me. After the 7days, not during, which is how it should be since they claim the 7 days is to make sure everything is legit. After, the 7 days I had to send receipts proving I bought game items in order to get to the level I got in such a timely manner. After 2-3 days, my money was released, like $500. At this point, everything was all good & honestly I would have given them a 5 star review, but then they moved the goal post on me. I wish I had screen shots to prove it because I would report them to BBB, I have screen shots now though, but what was even crazier was when I talked to customer support they didn’t deny it. They explained why they changed the amount of money that the app said I would make during my challenge. If you say, you gonna pay me “x” amount of dollars if I make it to a certain level by 30 days, 45 days, whatever. You darn sure better hold up to that, that’s called a subcontract. And you’re LEGALLY not allowed to change it. I gave them 3 stars, if they change their ways perhaps I will change it.
