Do not use their newer Offers section where you can download apps and games and complete some tasks for a monetary reward. I’ve tried around ten offers off and on over the past few months. I’ve actually been paid about $3 from Offers while I’ve completed about $70 worth. Higher value offers (and plenty of lower ones as well) simply will not register as complete and the FiveSurveys support will do nothing to help. I do everything as outlined for the offers. Tracking and permissions are given. They just leave it stuck on “in progress” Sometimes a multi step offer will work at first (install this game get 5cents, achieve level 20 get 50cents…) and then stop paying when you get to a higher step. If you contact support about unpaid offers, they say their “offer partners” who manage and track these offers for them have no record of my completion and there’s simply nothing they can do to help. Like they’re being held hostage by a business partner they’ve invited in and are consistently screwing over their members. They also refuse to name the company(s) who are their “offer partner” In my experience, their surveys are mixed results but no different from other survey providers I’ve tried. But their new Offers section really does make this company transcend into true scammers and scum.

I was scammed out of $2. I completed the surveys, but their system failed to recognize it. I reported the issue, only to receive a generic, AI-generated response saying the case was closed. Each time I follow up, someone—claiming they aren’t a bot—responds within minutes with the same copy-pasted nonsense. They claim there was an error and that they didn’t get paid either, which is laughable. Useless bot “Ella Grace” keeps saying they’ll “look into it,” but they never commit to actually giving you the credit you earned. When you ask, they’ll promise to fix it, while dodging what that even means. Then they just start repeating themselves and telling you that you didn’t qualify for other surveys. Which isn’t what you asked. To make matters worse, it’s 2 a.m.—so if it’s not a bot replying, it’s clearly outsourced customer service that’s somehow even less helpful. Even after acknowledging that I completed the survey and wasn’t credited, they just shift the blame to the survey provider and still won’t guarantee a resolution. Reached out to the parent company via their website contact form -no response. Left a review online - and their useless copy and paste response told me that not all surveys qualify. Worthless management and ownership.

I’m gonna give this 5 stars just to be nice. It’s not terrible. 5 dollars to complete 5 surveys is a selling point for anyone. However bear in mind, the surveys here I find are incredibly finicky. They are hyper selective. Whether you’re employed/unemployed, which ever the case may be of your situational circumstances, it only takes a few answers that they aren’t looking for or hoping you’ll select or select the wrong answer to a trick question, ..aaaannd they won’t wanna talk to you, you’ll be screened out or disqualified. Only speaking for myself, I’ve been fortunate enough to have completed as many surveys as I have but I have been disqualified more times than I have completed surveys. So just a cautionary tale. If I was to name one improvement to the developers, it would be to have the surveyors be a little more forgiving to the contractors or members for selecting answers that may or may not be in the target qualifications. In other words, allow the members more chances to complete the surveys. More passes means more surveys completed and less screen outs. I mean, that’s how I’d develop it.
