Smart realtors use this app to save time
My broker introduced me to this and have had my last 3-4 buyers use this app to deposit their EMD, 0 complaints. I like the fact you can add other ppl in the transaction to keep them in the loop. Very useful!

Only good when the app works
We use this frequently as a brokerage for earnest money deposits. Recently I’ve been experiencing problems with the app. I get errors and am forced to delete and reinstall. Hoping they can correct the bugs, because I prefer the app over the web based version for the convenience of being able to send a text with details directly from the app.
