Earned Wage Access by Netchex

I work a full-time job 40+ hours a week and whenever I need to borrow from the airport I log into it after my shift and the balance is always zero sometimes the balance has zero for more than a month even after I’ve worked every day consistently getting extremely tired of being told 3 to 5 business days for response or to reach out to the support team and they get back to you as slow as possible I don’t know why companies pair with this app when it’s not reliable what good is it being referred for you to have for your job if you can’t use it when you need it I wish I could give this at zero stars because at this point I’m ready to uninstall!!!!

My employer uses Netchex to process their payroll. Within this past year my employer promoted this app…. IT/customer service confirmed they received my payroll information days ago, but have not giving me an advance amount. They confirmed that my employer sent my payroll information. But when I asked as to why I have not received an advanced amount, the representative went silent. I understand programs go through trail and error, but to have bad communication with one of their representatives is unacceptable. For this issue to be ongoing is unacceptable. Run your trails But train your representatives to know or at least have easy accessible responses when your app fails to follow through on exactly what it is designed for. Please do better. The fact Netchex controls people’s pay (which last pay period they failed to pay me on time), and to launch an app promising advancement but unable to do so…. You make too much money to consistently fall short.

I created and can access my Netchex account. However, when I try to sign in to this app to get my wages early, it will not log me in. The app continuously tells me I already have an account but won’t let me log into it? The app won’t send any confirmation codes or any emails to the email on file which is ridiculous. I can’t access my wages early because this app is total garbage.
