Yamaha should be embarrassed by this app and the support they give their customer on such a flagship and expensive product. It’s a diminishment of their brand equity and severely hurts their reputation and the likelihood of repeat business. Pathetic stuff like this and poor treatment after the sale is why class action lawsuits are necessary in this world. Handle you business. If you’re not going to support the app and customers stop selling and reaping the profit from the pianos. It’s simple value for money. No value, you deserve no money. And this performance is so far below par I’d be ashamed to have my name associated with this product or company.
This is a fabulous app but would be great if you had a list of all the channels available so I can go directly to the channel I want.
While convenient, having an app that just recreates the remote control is not a big help except to be even more remote. I would like to see you guys completey rethink the Disklavier interface and come up w a killer app that lets my use the ios keyboard to manage songs and playlists, etc.
