Documents Pro - for Microsoft Office Suite edition

I bought this so I didn't have to take my laptop when needing to work on word documents. I haven't been able to open this app since the update to iOS9.2 - I actually paid for this and can't use it, which is bad enough. I have tried to go to the support page and it's gone. I would really like the money I paid for this useless app back. I don't for things that I won't be able to use after the first few times I use it :/

This is by far the worst application I've got. First, it deletes documents: I have lost four documents so far. It changes the format of documents in the icons, so while you click in a power point documents it happens to be a word document. It can't do any spell check, and sets to write a capital letter every time you move your cursor to a different part of the document. Finally, when I open the document in my computer, it has this annoying formatting that leads words to split, and not even in syllables. If I write "this app has to many deficiencies", once I open it in a computer it will probably read "this app has to man" at the beginning of a the next line it will say "y deficiencies". It looks neat at first, but it has way too many defects to be useful.

I spent $10 on this and my first document typed and printed was a miniature sized document. It came out of the printer in like font size 2, even though i had it at 16. So i go back to edit and see what i can do, and it is completely gone. I saved it as a doc, but there are no saved documents. I also have no recent documents. Worst app, dont waste a dime on this. I have to redo my entire paper now.
