I had this system installed in me and my girlfriend restaurant. Because the workers were stealing money from the register. And we’re also charging the customers for their order. But was not ringing the order up. So after we installed the CCTV CAMERAS. This problem literally disappeared!!!! And the system has great features. And what I really like about it. Is that my girlfriend can see all activities in our restaurant. When she is not there. So this is a win, win. For both her and I. And the system is still working great!!!!! And to this day, the system is still working very very well. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a very affordable and great security solution. And several years later. This system is still working above and beyond EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

I’ve had this app for my cameras at my store for years probably since the app came out. It’s been good interface wise for a while a lil laggy at times some random bugs… anyway I woke up this morning to the app updated and WOW!! Y’all really put some elbow grease in the coding because it’s running sooooo smooth and cleaner interface! I use a iPhone 15PM to monitor when I’m not near my desktop and even when switching from different angles would take a good 4.5-6 seconds but now oh my lawd it’s like 1.5 seconds!!! I don’t normally leave reviews on any app but my life depends on security camera to make sure my back is covered so thank you very much for this update. Much love from Los Angeles!!

I’m a low voltage contractor (networking, security, home automation, etc). I use Dahua in nearly every instance I install cameras. The Ultra series and Pro series 8K NVRs are my go-to. Same goes for the pro series 8MP cameras. I have dozens of systems I monitor. Mostly small residential and a few larger scale commercial. I have had only TWO cameras fail out of hundreds installed and one of those two was installer error. The set up is a breeze. Remote viewing is solid. And if/when customer service is needed, it has been excellent. Anyone can nitpick perceived flaws but the only real drawback is that they are not NDAA recognized. Dahua is the second largest security camera systems company globally. The first, used widely, is also not NDAA recognized, are not as easy to set up and their customer service is not where it should be in my opinion. To be fair, I don’t work with them as often so they don’t have the same feel to me as they might if I worked with them all the time. I don’t have anything negative to say about Dahua. I go with what I know and what is tried and tested. Dahua passes the test time and again.
