Overall I have had the app for about 5 years. For the first 4 years I had little to no issues, the app worked as intended and the user interface is easy to navigate. Around August of this year the app would immediately crash when trying to open it. I tried everything (check for updates, phone software updates, uninstall/reinstall, etc) and when I contacted the mobile app support, specified by the replies to previous reviews, I clearly defined the problem stated all required information and their response was to open the app to troubleshoot. I replied stating that the issue is that I can’t open the app. No reply for 3 days so I reached out again to see if there is a resolution, no reply. It has been over a month at this point without contact from support, a resolution to the problem, or any type of software update to fix the issue that many people are having.

I got no error message or notification from the app that the autopayment was somehow not working for my account, but it still had not paid the bill over 24 hours past the due date. If I actually get a late fee because the DLC app told me autopay would was successful and then did not give me any kind of error message or anything telling me that it didn't work, I will be incredibly frustrated with this app.
With the DLC mobile app, you can securely access your account, make a payment, or view and report outages in your area - all from the convenience of y...
