Need English translations
This app needs the English translations next to the foreign words. The physical book is beautiful with wonderful color photos, but it is hard constantly trying to match numbers and words from the app to the books.

Resembles an Audio CD
It is a good basic app to help in pronunciation. It can be much improved. For instance, the option for repeating can be enhanced by allowing for the specification of number of repeats. Another good option would be to allow for listening to multiple units without the need to play each unit separately. Allow highlighting and saving of difficult words to be repeated later…etc.

Can't say enough good about this!
I have the book for German-English and combined with this app it's an indispensable tool for a visual learner with an audio processing disorder! It's so so nice to be able to HEAR all the words said out loud by a real person! You do need the book to take advantage of this app, but it's absolutely worth it 100%!
