Doesn’t work correctly
On an IPhone 13 mini. You cannot access the menu button therefore you can’t get information like receipts.

Almost unusable
Basic functionality for choosing your reservation time doesn’t work. Impossible to use the app to book a new reservation. Disappointing that the fundamental purpose of this app doesn’t work and that the developers would roll this out without even the basic functions working. With the terrible reviews, one would hope that a big fix would be released but...

Password Not Stored
Doesn’t matter if I reset password via the app, the web browser or by the customer service phone line having them reset it for me... no password is recognized when I try to login. Not even the one just successfully reset. I used to make reservations all the time now I can’t because I can’t login. Even the “get support” button on the App Store page ironically links to a broken page. Is this app even legit anymore??
