I do not recommend trying to use this app. It never works the first time to open the hotel room door or to use the elevator. Sometimes took 30 seconds and my wife and I would trade phones, but neither worked reliably. I was stuck in the elevator for three minutes until I decided to just go to the Libby (which doesn’t require the app) and get a normal keycard which works immediately and perfectly every time. It’s also crazy hard to share your room key with someone. Had to attempt several times. Just avoid the app as a keycard replacement.

Don’t download unless you would like to make a reservation thru the app. If you have your own reservation doesn’t work. No where were to put con confirmation number or anything.

Need to be able to look up your reservation by number on the app. For those of us who made a reservation online and not using the app (because I did not know it existed), I could not get my room key or find my reservation on the app. I checked in via a text message link, but still had to go to the desk to get my key and parking pass. The parking pass integrated into the app would be amazing too. Love the hotel, app needs some tweaking
