DEWALT EV Charger

It’s really convenient because once I schedule it for the super off‑peak electricity hours and plug in the car at any time, it automatically starts charging during the super off‑peak period. The charger is sturdy and highly reliable.

1. Add name for charger on main screen so you can differentiate multiple chargers. 2. Add schedule that locks out the charger during specific hours/days for when you are not home, etc. 3. Add ability to use on chargepoint network if you want to enable public charging for a fee. 4. Put the lockout button on the main screen. 5. Enable text/email notifications for charging notices.

I do not like the Dewalt ev charging app. It is so limited and does not give you deep insights. To say my Toyota app is better is hard for me to say, but there it is. I’d like to know why my scheduled charging is always failing. In the year 2025, this really should be on 5Ghz and not 2.4 for WiFi. You REALLY need some more work on this one dewalt!
