Imposible to communicate with them, refunds take for ever
Extremely poor customer service. The app does not have a chat so customer service is not available. The app also does not provide any phone numbers to communicate with customer service. Refunds take for ever, more than a week already passed and I am still waiting for refund; I do not know if I am ever going to receive my refund.

Disorganized travel agency
Today i lost my flight due to ticket purchased didnt match with airline hr, came 30 late flight was closed.. tried to call many time didnt provide proper answer, im frequent traveler and i recomend 100 times expedia they provide answer fast.
