No Login Option
Applied and was approved with a high limit (I have outstanding credit and a substantial income) and was directed to download the app to upload my ID and take a selfie. I downloaded the app, but there is no option to login, it just took me through the application process again, and then was told I couldn’t be approved at this time. I just wanted to maximize the benefits of my KrowdFit membership, but because of this, I canceled it.

Really want to love it...
But the bugs won’t let me get past the application. When I get to the selfie portion of the application, I get kicked out of the app every time. So far, they’ve checked my credit but I get no benefit. Please fix this so I can get another try on the app! I’ve chosen this one because of the app design! I really want to love it!

Clean and easy to use!
The app is clean and easy to use. Love getting the details on the transactions and the history of how many times I shopped at the same place. Seeing how much I tipped is awesome too!
