Dave’s Hot Chicken UK

Ive been to Daves many times and despite scanning at the store i've not received a single reward on my account. There is no point in having a app where the sole purpose of it is rewards. Raised with management in store and manager advised this was mentioned to them but nothing was done clearly. Please get your IT / Tech. team to look into this and resolve the issue.

This is my favourite food place ever! Their chicken is soo good and the service is amazing whether its busy or not! I have been so many times and im excited to go again!!!

I was really excited to try Dave’s Hot Chicken and signed up for an account because they advertised a free drink as a perk. However, after creating the account, I never received the free drink they promised. When I asked about it, there was no clear explanation or resolution. It feels like they’re just using false advertising to get people to sign up, which is really disappointing. The food might be good, but this kind of dishonesty leaves a bad taste in your mouth before you even start eating. Won’t be recommending this place to others unless they start being honest with their customers.
