Almost Perfect
The app works exactly as intended however, one thing that’s holding it back from a 5 star is the inability to download conversion rates on app. This seems pretty simple to do since the app is basically a calculator. I should be able to download my favorites (favourites) and use them in situations where I might not have network access.

UPDATE: going from 1 star to 5. it’s working again. Thanks for fixing the bug! ….. I’m a Wise customer, and this app was so convenient. However, in the past week it has ceased functioning. There is no way to access the numeric keypad to input numbers. So the app is non-useable! Please update the app to fix this bug?

Love this app, but customer support access needs improvement
I absolutely love this app, but I can’t access the keyboard to key in numbers for the last 24 hours. I tried deleting & reinstalling the app multiple times as well as restarting my iPhone multiple times. I’ve also tried accessing the support templates within the app to no avail. It would be supper helpful if wise had a quick chat option for troubleshooting. I know low operational overhead keeps customer fees low, but there are just some things that need human connection to resolve.
