This app does not function at all. I partially believe they have done this intentionally. Iโm constantly catching app glitches, error messages for absolutely no reason, addresses fail to load properly. Using this app is extremely stress inducing. Once I saw that an update happened I was excited, but Iโve never once in my life seen an app get a complete upgrade only to come back 100% worse. At least the previous version was simple enough and I could successfully book my appointments. NOWโฆby the time I figure out how to get pass the glitches Iโm lucky if I even have enough battery on my phone because the app also makes my phone run hot. Needless to say, I am beyond annoyed and the developers need to go all the way back to the drawing board. You failed miserably. 8/25 update yโall getting on my nerves with these daily updates that block access to the app unless you update. Some of us are trying to book our ride home and donโt have internet or extra data to be updating every 21 hours and to make matters worse, yall are not even fixing the right stuff!!! For example, when I go to type in the address I want to go to, it takes entirely too long for the app to recognize or pull up the full address. Worst app developers ever!
The app is always a mystery if it will actually work or not. I finally got to a place where I thought it was working, and I go to use it today and it says there was an update to make it even better, and now itโs back to the same issues Iโve had time and time again where it refuses to understand what itโs doing. Says I canโt book unless my addresses start with numbers, even though they do, it is just errors and Iโll have to call for my next reservation, which is equally hit or miss. I donโt understand why itโs so hard to have a functional system. Especially since the service is so crucial for most using it.
As much as I appreciate that this app has been created (because the call center would take upwards of five minutes just to get somebody on the phone), the app still has a lot of developments that need to be made. Firstly, the call center button does not connect to the call center it goes to some other service from LA care. Additionally, it would be helpful if I could edit an upcoming trip. For example, I make reservations on behalf of my mother at least a week in advance and her appointments are constantly influx. So instead of having to cancel a whole trip, it would be nice if I could just edit the date and/or time of an existing trip. Also, since my mother lives in an apartment, there is no way to notate the apartment number that she lives in so that the door โ to โ door service can come and find her in the correct space. Lastly, can there be a way for me to identify my home address so that I do not have to constantly update it every time? It may seem like a small task, but after booking several appointments at a time, it really does make the process easier.
