I completed a rewards under a task but for some reason only got the first reward. I read through the task and saw it could take up to 48 hours. No problem, so I waited. Still no reward. I message support and they tell me the offer is through “Appsprize” and to contact their support so I do. Their support takes up to 30 days to respond. Kind of annoying but fine. Wait the full 30 days and no response back and still no reward. I message Skin Ape support again and let them know. They ask a few questions and for a few screenshots which I provided. They ask me to check spam. I have checked spam multiple times and I tell them I have. After that, radio silence. It’s now been over 2 weeks and no response. I messaged them 3 times since their last response for any kind of update but they haven’t responded to me at all. Im mostly writing this review in hopes to get their attention but genuinely the support team has been terrible to talk to and work with throughout this.

To everyone apart of this/ the people who made this app first of all, thank you! I’m enjoying my experience for the most part and so far my only issue is some tasks that I’ve clearly completed aren’t getting rewarded to myself and I’ve even submitted a ticket with proof of a pretty time consuming task. Sadly I haven’t gotten any response and I do feel as though only some “tasks” work and you can’t have that much guarantee. Makes me rethink putting my time into this app altogether.

Everything was perfectly fine until recently, no offers from AyeT studios will load other than links to other advertisers offering surveys and I can’t even get my rewards for previously downloaded games from them either. Hope this is fixed soon as AyeT was my main way of earning coins and I’ve had no issues before this with earning coins or receiving my skins so I would love to keep using the app. edit to response from devs I cannot access the apps i previously downloaded through AyeT, they do not show up on my pending rewards or when i request assistance. AyeT also doesn’t load any game or app offers anymore, it only loads links to a different offer provider. I lost 30k coins that AyeT won’t send me and refuse to assist me on. Do not use this app the developers just send automated responses to everything and if you have issues you’ll get no help with them.
