I love this app 😍 I use it all the time to check on what free classes I can jump in for the day and I use it to sign my kids up for sports. It’s very user friendly. I’m so glad they thought to give so much access to get things done at your own convenience instead of having to call or stop by in-person.

I love the Y and attending the classes they have. However the app can be frustrating! I often have to close and re-open the app several times before a class will prompt the ‘booking’ feature. Sometimes no classes will appear and it will suggest changing a filter. Which I have no filters on, meaning all classes should load. Or it will show the class but again the booking icon does not appear. Sharing this info, hoping this issues could be resolved. I have looked for updates and reinstalled the app trying to improve the issues but it happens 90% of the time.

I have been going to the Y to swim for over a year. I love that it is within 4 miles of my house, very accessible. There are enough open pool times available that I can work my swimming in around my very unpredictable freelance schedule. sometimes you have to be careful because the times that are listed as open in the app are not exactly the same as the times that are on the paper handout of the pool schedule that you can get at the Y itself. But I learned that and so I’m almost always sure to double check both the app and the schedule. every once in a while there are people in the pool who don’t seem to have read or understand pool etiquette but that doesn’t happen too often. So overall the experience is extremely excellent.
