I’ve been on the hunt for an app like this for ages, especially one that doesn’t depend on or just wrap around a service like Trakt, where you need a paid account to truly enjoy the perks. Cronica is straightforward, easy to use, and does exactly what I need, including syncing with iCloud and keeping track of individual episodes. The only thing that would make it even better for me is the ability to export my data as a .CSV. The app does offer a backup in JSON format, but the flat CSV is more versatile and easier to work with. I’d be happy to tip the developer again if they ever add a .CSV export in a future version.

Loving it and can’t wait to see what comes next. It’s basic, simple, and beautiful to use. Please keep working on it, this has become my essential app.

It’s pretty good. I do have one feature request and one ~fix. Feature: Can you add the option to keep a series off the watch list until the entire season is available? I hate watching one episode per week and would rather wait until the whole season or miniseries is fully available. Fix: Can you automatically focus the search field when the search menu item is tapped? That would bring up the keyboard and make the whole process quicker and easier. Fix: When you are on a search result page, tapping the search menu item should take you back to the top-level search page, IMO. Other apps do this and it’s nice. Great app otherwise. Keep up the good work!
