Creality Cloud Lite

I give it the lowest review possible and would not snd do not recommend this companies product to anyone. No one and I mean no one at Creality even knows how to use their products. The customer service people are a joke, none of them know what they are doing , they just read from a script. Lord knows if you email Creality good luck getting an intelligent answer. Plus , for what ever reason the company will not put out a trading video on how to use the software. And good luck trading to figure out how to multi color print anything. Stay away from Creality, the biggest waste of my money ever, you can bet this will be deleted by them and they will not reach out to me and ask why I wrote this. That is another example why you should stay away.

First, earlier versions of this app have had some issues, kudos to Creality for updating frequently and fixing bugs. But it still has a dependency on Creality Cloud to function. My fondest desire would be for this app to be also able to function disconnected from Creality Cloud and do local LAN monitoring. This would be helpful for when there is an issue with the Cloud service and be greatly reassuring for those who operate their devices disconnected from the Creality Cloud.

First, I am very grateful to have a version of the cloud app that’s minimal. I only use the app to manage my account and supervise my prints, so I find the full version a bit bloated and overwhelming. However, I did have some of the login issues others were having. That eventually did resolve but there are a couple other quirks. Namely, I can’t expand to a landscape mode of my printer’s camera. Hopefully a fix is in the works. Great to have otherwise, keep up the good work.
