These app makers, don't they know we use ipads too? Really, how hard is it to make an app ipad compatible at the same time? I use a clamshell case with a bluetooth keyboard and the ipad in landscape.
As a grad student in medicine with ADHD, I struggle with studying and motivation. I grew tired of only stimulant medicines without real coping skills, and I am sad to not be taken seriously at times by family friend and colleague. I turned to this app as a source of short reminders day to day that I can fit in. You don't realize just how busy you are and how much time you spend on things going on in your life. This app definitely helped me figure out what I was spending my time and allowed me to put some weight of importance to each. The tools and tips to reduce stress are good as well and do help me try and get some control on my stressful schedule. It's also good compliment if you've read Dr. Hallowell's Crazy Busy book, but don't have to have read it to get a lot of good advice and tips out of it.
