Crazy Chef Cooking Games

Expect to have problems as you get higher up in the game. When you watch the ads to get lives, diamonds etc. the ad will play all the way through and when the ad ends the screen goes grey and locks up’ed up my tablet and the only way to get out of it was to close the game and start over, which means the item you were trying to get is no longer there. I did contact support and as usual they gave me an answer of: how they are trying to improve the game, didn’t give me the items that I lost, when asked about that, they gave me lives, hearts, which I already had sufficient of. I told them I didn’t need lives, and that I just wanted what the game owed me. NO RESPONSE. So, it kept happening, freezing up. I contacted them again this time they didn’t offer me nothing, again I old them I just wanted what the game owed me. I told them I enjoyed playing the game, NO RESPONSE. So that is where we are at NO RESPONSE, from them. So be aware, as you get higher up in the game and you watch ads, which help the makers of the game as the ad people pay to advertise on their page, you WILL lose your diamonds you are trying to get as you need these diamonds to win a lot of levels on this game.

My 4 year old son and I play this together. I make the food on the left side of the screen side and he makes the food on the right side. He gets so excited when a lot of customers come. We do this for a little while just about every night. I love that the restaurant and choices of food changes ever so often. I love that there are several ways to earn diamonds, energy, and other stuff (by “other stuff” I mean boosters, I think??). At first we were just playing it on his device but now I have downloaded it on my phone so I can play it if he isn’t with me. I have to admit, I’m used to having him to help me, so sometimes I struggle filling all the orders. It’s challenging, but entertaining. Please don’t change anything, it’s perfect the way it is. We look forward to opening more restaurants!

I'm pretty sure I have all the past versions of this game. I love ALL of them... But for SOME reason, I've had to uninstall and reinstall this version THREE times, so far... Why? I would play quite a few levels in this game but for some strange reason at some point after installing and reinstalling, it starts freezing and won't load all the way. That's when I'd uninstall and reinstall! As I mentioned, this happened 3 times... It seems better now, but there's a new problem! Every now and then, after one of the MANY (and I do mean MANY) Ad commercials, the volume/sound in the game completely fails... I have to have the game sounds while I'm playing (not so much the music though lol)... So I've had to restart the game COUNTLESS times! That becomes irritating after a while! Well... I know the app needs to make money, so I do understand when at the end of each level, it's near to impossible to win the last three or so keys... Like other players have complained about, I've noticed that the game has the customers slow down their pace like half as slow as they normal... making it seriously impossible to win those levels without buying boosts!!! I WOULD consider purchasing a package, but after reading OTHER people's negative ratings.... I refuse to!! With the glitches that are already present... I'm almost POSITIVE it would be a waste of good money!!! That being said... Y'all should seriously think about fixing those issues with an update and maybe not make it QUITE as impossible to pass some of the levels! Just saying! 😊
