Cooking Frenzy® Crazy Chef

Okay, I downloaded this games years ago and I enjoyed it. I don’t mind the ads because it gives me more jewels or life, but why is the new ads that is presented to me won’t allow me to exit when I click on it to watch so that it would give me another chance to beat the level. For instance, I needed to get 24 customers or money, but because I ran out of time I had 23/24. So it gave me the option to watch the ad to give me another chance, and when I clicked on it, it was a theater play ad that was telling me to sign up for tickets to see it. After the ad was done playing there was no way to exit the ad, so I had to exit the whole app itself but I had to start over the whole level again, and I lost a life, and it did the same thing when playing other levels. Overall, I really enjoy playing this game, definitely when I’m trying to kill time or just in the mood for it. I will give it a 5 rating simply because I have never had any issues with it before, it’s just that these new ads do not have an exit button after it’s done advertising. Hope it gets fixed.

*UPDATE** continue to have issues with this game giving winning levels and not taking coins. Provided the “support team” various info to prove what was happening in the game and their response at first was to say that it’s my “unstable” internet connection that’s causing the problem but when I said that I have 5G and no issues EVER when streaming they reply with a different response saying that they are working on the issue. A week later and the game has cheated me of my coins and 2 wins. Reported it and no reply. All of the other games that I play reimburse you with extra coins, lives or other items to compensate my loss. The developers should be able to fix this issue and compensate while they are working on bugs in the game!!!*********....... I loved this game when I first started playing because it was very addicting and it still is addicting however as you get to the higher levels the game forces you to purchase in order to move to the next level. Also you’re forced to watch ads in order to receive coins and levels won. I don’t have a problem watching the “ads”, my problem is when the ads don’t load and so you don’t receive your coins or the levels that you won. It’s very frustrating and the developers don’t respond at all. I have spent more money than I expected to get to the next levels but I think it’s time to uninstall this game. I would say be very cautious and don’t spend any money with this game. I have asked on several occasions for bugs to be fixed in this game only to be ignored. You will see that there are several bugs as you get further along in the game.

I really want to give this game five stars, but there’s one major annoying thing this game does. Even though I pay to have ads removed, I still get very annoying pop ups after every single level. When I am on a roll I do not want to be stopped everytime to be told “like us on Facebook!” “Try our other game!” “Buy your piggy bank!” “Complete your daily tasks!” “Rate us in the App Store!” I could play 10 levels in a row and still get pop ups. All these things could just be icons on the side of the main screen with a notification dot and I will get to them when I want, especially if I paid for the game. There needs to be more fluidity into the next level because of the nature of this game. Other than that I love this game. I love the graphics, the sounds are satisfying, it’s fast and keeps up with my taps. I don’t too much care for the mini games like collecting cards and spinning the wheel, but I see the appeal to other players. Another suggestion I have is to see more diversity in the customers. Black people aren’t just football players! We are cute kids and college students and happy business people and fitness junkies too. Would like to see other races included as well.
