I tried reaching out to their customer service team for 5 continuous days but there was no response. I tried email too, but there was a standard response, as if nobody even cared to read the email. Also, when I finally got through on the call, after 30 mins waiting time, my return order was not accepted, because I made the mistake of ordering 2 the products together and wanted to keep the other one. Even on call, the representative was unhelpful, and had no solution to my problem. Their standard response was it’s against policy and was mute for 90% of the conversation.

It's my 3rd-time order from craftvilla. It's a really amazing and trustworthy site. The quality of products is really good. Please update more designs and new patterns Kurta’s.

I have been buying a lot from here, but sometime when i open the app, it hangs and closes itself. Please fix this #Craftsvilla. So that i can give 5star next time.
