Terrible UI
This app is pretty bad. The accounts for CQ and CQ rewards are somehow not the same. Trying to view your account within the app prompts a browser window, which requires a second login. The second login does not function correctly and redirects you back to the landing page endlessly. Existing reservations do not appear under “upcoming stays.”

Clunky and waste of time
The concepts in this app are great, if they actually worked. Shows I’m signed in (Log Out is an option) but keeps asking me to log in, producing Something Went Wrong with each attempt. I can see reservations appear most of the time but when attempting to access them, it requires entering in email address or conf #, what’s the point of having a profile and being logged in to the app, if you have to keep entering all the info the app should in theory be able to pull from your profile. Still haven’t gotten the mobile key or checkin/checkout functions to work. What a joke.

Endless login loop!
Nice app if and when it works, but it asks me to relogin constantly, and gets stuck in a loop of asking me to... and the reservation fields are wonky when you try to fill them in. Hope it can be fixed!
