First time having to prepare for an upcoming work trip, one would think the app suggested by one’s company, should at the very least function as advertised. I wasted the better part of an hour trying to login - Each time getting the error of password / email being incorrect. And each time my anxiety growing thinking it is a user error and having changed my password twice… been as careful as possible entering my details yet to no avail. I’ll stick to the web access for now but will definitely be requesting my company look into a different supplier.

I see in reviews more than a year old, that people could not log in to this app. The same problem exists. I can log in fine through a web browser but not through the app. Please remove the app from the App Store until you can fix this problem.

Ended up calling my very helpful travel manager who explained how to get access. See below. Make sure if you want access you have to do a password reset for the initial login by using your email address. Once logged in you can set a pin for ease of access next time.
