Rude support. Both pickup and delivery were late and I should consider myself “lucky” as per support. Folded without card - inside out upside down so couldn’t identity and without rhyme or reason. Shirts under sheets under towel between socks haphazardly. “Lucky”.

I truly loved and appreciated the entire process of getting my laundry picked up and dropped off. As a person with disabilities this was seamless. I will be using it again.
