ConsolidatedCCU Mobile

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we switched over from my old banking institution to Consolidated. The transition was seamless. I was able to get help right away with issues I was having with my account, and the mobile app is fantastic!

I set notifications to alert me in the app whenever there is a deposit. The only time I get the alert is after I open the app and open the account to see recent activity. So I’ve opened the app and see my deposits there and then I suddenly get the alerts. How about I get an alert at the time of the transaction instead of at the exact moment I’m opening the app and looking to see if I’ve gotten any deposits??

I use a password manager to ensure I have long, secure passwords. The old version of this app, while generally a pain, at least was compatible with iOS’s third party password management system. This version, like the website, is stupidly not. It requires you to enter a user name separately from the password (in a very strange field) for no apparent reason other than to break password managers. Ugh. Now the app and the website are both a pain in the neck to log into. I may switch credit unions just because of the inconvenience.
