This app has good workouts but you can’t see what’s in store for the workout if you’re in a challenge and cannot go back if you skip ahead in a challenge. It also bugs out sometimes when you are going from set to set. There are way better fitness apps than this one so if you can I’d check out ALIVE by Whitney Simmons instead. Better warm ups too.

This was my first workout app I’ve used and loved the constant motivation to stick with my fitness goals. Having a set workout planned made it easy for me to show up and work hard. I loved having breaks in between sets it was awesome and gave me a chance to breathe. I would highly recommend for whole workouts or even if you just want a 7 minute workout, those also are available. I love the nutrition videos and food recipes. Emma has made something super positive and also individual for anyone to pick up and start their fitness journey. What are you waiting for!!!

This app is awesome even as a guy. I regularly use it for doing routines of home workouts! Emma is an amazing coach with tons of knowledge
