Companion for Fortnite

This is such great app! There’s a map of the whole island that always gets updated, a skin leak section, you can randomize where you drop location is, and on the map you can see where things are like chests, bunker chests, characters, vending machines, alien artifacts (for if your playing in season 17), upgrade benches, ETC. there is also a place for to see the weeks challenges so you know what to expect for the week, and a place to see how to do them, a live item shop that gets updated within seconds, and much more! You can even choose to decide to skip an add for every other add that shows up, and you can decide what type of ad to see: a skippable ad that will let you go ad free for 40 minutes after watching it, or a non skippable ad the will let you go 4 HOURS of ad free enjoyment. Absolutely INSANE!!! Only 1 complaint about he whole app: it does crash occasionally. All you have to do to fix that though is close it out and go back in. Over all, amazing app and a must have for all Fortnite gamers!

Really love this app! It’s useful and has just about every feature that I would want in an app referred to as a “Fortnite Companion”. One potential feature that I’m looking for, that could seems plausible for the developer to integrate with minimal programming effort (because of what this app ALREADY does) is this: Could you incorporate a feature within this app that would allow the user to set up a push notification, alert the user once an item /skin/emote shows up in the item shop? This would enable players to login to the game andpurchase something they’ve wanted before it disappears from the shop again. With the current notification features already programmed within the app (Save the World missions, timed-mission reward items, research-point accumulation alerts, etc.)—ot seems the developer has already laid rhe groundwork for adding this feature, i.e, if “X” [keyword or exact name of emote/item] becomes available in the Battle Royale Item shop/then send user an availability alert. If this companion app allowed users to set and receive a heads-up that their long-awaited and highly-coveted emote is available in item shop again, it would add so much value to your already-awesome companion app; my guess, is that many users will appreciate and use this alert feature. Aside from that—thank you, and great job on this one. This little gem has a ton of great features, all cleverly assembled — everything I’d hope for (and more)—and buttoned up into one, easy-to-use companion app. Fantastic! :D

So the player tracking could work better or make it easier to find... at least yourself, but I figure I can find me in-game and don’t NEED to find anyone else’s stats to play more effectively, which is the goal. Well, that and getting the most out of my battlepass with limited time left to finish enough of the agent’s challenges to unlock their other styles (I started playing late in the season). With a week left, I started writing them down to help me decide which ones I could attempt based on the storm’s location during any particular battle. But searching for challenges in areas I’m running toward but am not there yet makes finding on the info screen or on a notepad takes more time than I can spare to hide or stand still like a target, and why make it easier to get myself sniped or blown out of hiding with a rocket launcher when I need to know what direction to run and what I gotta do once I’m there; a table of locations, what agent they belong to, what kinds of item I need to find/use in order complete it, how complex/difficult/dangerous it usually is, how long it should take on average and how many more I need from that agent, with the ability to cross reference other nearby challenges would be epic, but I’ll settle for being able to have a list by agent that I can cross off as I go without flipping through pages I’ve made notes all over or searching through the list on-screen or having to pull it up repeatedly. It’s the most useful, easy to navigate, up to date, accurate and helpful of all the apps I’ve found on the App Store, and I’ve tried most of them. So, while it’s not perfect, neither am I, but it’s close enough to give me what I need, simple enough to use during a match and done in an appealing and well catagorized format that makes it my first choice and go-to for challenges, map, loot locations, game info, item shop and more. If you figure out how to get it to layout a challenge list based on drop location and storm location/progression, you’ll have as near perfect an app as you can get without cheating at all!! Thanks to this app, I just may pull off all agent styles by season end next week
