Who ever was the one in charge of getting this new bill pay should immediately be fired. This new bill pay is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It involves many more steps and is a waste of time to the old version everyone liked. If this version is supposedly better why does it now have a separate helpline. Talking with employees at the credit union they seem to have the same attitude that I have. This is a classic example of newer is NOT better

There isn’t a convenient way to pay bills in the newest app update for iOS. I can access through the menu, however, that opens a browser which is hard to read on a mobile device. Can you create a shortcut on the main page? I’m able to see this option on my personal account. The shortcut is there, but it still wants to open in a browser. I don’t have the option available on my business account. Bill payer still needs a little work in the newest app release. Otherwise I’m enjoying the app a lot! Switching between accounts has become very easy and I’m thankful for that! Overall, great update!

Since the recent update to the banking app I have been able to feel more prepared for my future. There were so many amazing features that were added. My personal favorite is being able to track my credit score and see in real time when it goes up. I also love being able to create savings goals and see the days remaining. This update has gotten me more excited to save money. I love going on this app everyday!!
