I am having extremely poor vision and sound reception particularly on start up. I also notice that the community fibre logo seems to have disappeared from my screen. This problem only applies to the internet signal and sound. What I am finding is I have to turn to terrestrial transmission for a continuous service. This problem has increased over the last few weeks and I wondering whether the community fibre service is all it claims to be.i have restarted transmissions as recommended by you but problems persist.The picture quality on the internet transmissions has also demonised. I have an exterior mounted aerial and I do need some service from you.

Avoid this company like the plague. They will increase your stress levels, pressure sell to you, fail to install, wont let you cancel within 14 day cooling off period, and then take money from your bank account. Complain to the communications ombudsman.
