This is 2024 and we still have to deal with this garbage.
We want one app that is functional and effective!
I’ve been hoping the Clearwater Credit Union would create a new, contemporary mobile app to replace its antiquated, cumbersome mobile experience. This new card app looked like it might be a step in the right direction, but until the functionality of the card app expands to provide access and functionality for the rest of our accounts, this app just confounds things. Now there are two apps—one that is so out of date that it is frustrating to use, and one that is woefully incomplete. In addition, you can’t even access the card data through the app tile, rather you have to open the old app and figure out where they buried the link (deep in the menu column) instead of anywhere on the home screen. Why? Please, just give us one, modern, fully-functional, elegant app with a contemporary user experience to access our credit union accounts and do our banking from our mobile devices.
