My experience with CleansterPro has been extremely unprofessional and is now a serious payment issue. I waited 6 months just to receive $55, and I am currently still waiting on $85 that was supposed to be paid on April 10. There is no valid reason for withholding payment after services have already been completed. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Every time I reach out, I receive the same automated response: “Our technical support team is working on this.” There is never a real update, timeline, or resolution. What makes this worse is that when I stopped accepting jobs due to not being paid, I was contacted and asked to clean again. I clearly stated I would not continue unless my funds were released—and within 20 minutes, my payment was suddenly deposited. That proves payments can be processed immediately when they choose to. I gave them another chance, completed another job, and now I’m right back in the same situation—unpaid. At this point, I am demanding immediate release of my $85 payment. If this is not resolved right away, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as pursuing any available action regarding non-payment for completed work.
I actually worked for CleansterPro about a week /week and a half ago. I set up my account as directed, including my Venmo for payment. I worked my shift and felt confident with their customer service that had worked with me that evening getting me set up in the app getting me to my job and location correctly. They processed my payment the very next day and I thought that was great however, I have not received the payment a week and a half later and it still shows in transit with a weird message. I asked ChatGPT about this particular payment from a screenshot that I took according to her it has managed to somehow either get stuck in the system or it was processed incorrectly. However, unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with the lady that helped me that evening. Unsuccessful and reaching their chat support, and I have been unsuccessful and reaching them through the number. Placed in the platform itself so as of today, I still have not received payment, even though it was showing or does show that I am to receive a payment of $64. I’m hoping that posting this on here I will get some and will get somewhere as far as my payment. I’m a very patient person obviously because it’s been a week and a half since I’ve worked. I just need someone to respond. Thank you.
First of all, on a different app I have so much work I can’t keep up but on this one they only seem to have 1 whole human in a city of 1.5 million that uses the app because they never find me any other work than that one person and they are atrocious to work with. I have told Tidy the host always books 1 1/2 hr cleanings on a 3-4 bedroom house which is impossible and they will not extend time to pay more. They won’t do anything about it except blow up my phone asking me to take last minute jobs for $30. Haha no Also they won’t let me choose my pay. They set it at $20/hr where on every other app I get a minimum of 28-30/hr. The host always says the house is a 3 room house (not a 3 bedroom, a 3 room, which is basically a 1 bedroom house) that way they don’t have to pay more than 30-40$ for a job that I get paid $80 for on every other app. I refuse to accept anymore work because they let hosts lie and say they didn’t like your work so the company takes your money back, they don’t listen to cleaners when they tell them the host has a 3-4 bedroom house and the job should be for 3-4 hrs not 1 1/2. It’s such a joke, I don’t know why anyone even bothers to use it.
