Cleanster: Cleaning Services

I do not recommend working for Cleanster if you value transparency, fairness, and getting paid for the work you complete. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues is their failure to follow their own policies and procedures when it comes to paying cleaners. Jobs are completed as required, often to a high standard, yet payments are delayed for long periods—or worse, never received at all. Reaching out for support or clarification leads to vague responses, runarounds, or no response at all. There is also a clear lack of accountability. Cleaners are expected to meet strict expectations, show up on time, and complete detailed work, but the company does not hold itself to the same standard when it comes to honoring payment timelines. This creates a one-sided working relationship where the worker carries all the responsibility and risk. Another concern is the inconsistency in how issues are handled. Policies seem to be applied selectively, and there is little to no protection for cleaners when disputes arise. Even after providing proof of completed work, getting resolution can feel nearly impossible. Overall, this is not a reliable platform for anyone looking to earn steady income. Until Cleanster improves its payment practices, communication, and accountability, I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with them.

First of all, I wanna say CleansterPro is an absolute joke and you’ll be a fool if anyone starts cleaning for this company! First of all I was sent to the wrong address for a clean i accepted to do by the CleansterPro and the address was changed and they knew the new address but still sent me to the wrong address which is 48 minutes away from the address I was supposed to be at,, OK after all that I still went and clean these people‘s house and it took me four hours and still yet to be paid and this has been over a month ago. I can’t get no one on the phone. I can’t talk to nobody. It is an absolute nightmare and I will never do anything else for this company and I hope anybody else wouldn’t either because I’m telling you, it will be a nightmare for y’all to.

This is a real time saver. I was so tired of managing cleaning and getting someone to come on time. It was always a double trouble to ensure that someone will come before the guests. You definitely don’t want your cleaner to do in front of your customers. With Cleanster it is all automated now. I almost forgot that this issue existed. I just connected it to my AirBnb and it tracks all checkouts automatically. Why I didn’t know this service before. It could save me a tons of reviews and paying extras to clean it on time.
