First off I’ve used the service once (today) and that was great. Very friendly prompt and fast. Extremely happy. App wise it seems pretty good but I did run into a few bugs setting up my first service. I filled out my request for service and once I picked my time gave instructions only then did it say I need to setup an account (sure, I was expecting to happen) I picked the use my iPhone account and did the verification text…. And then it took me back to the homepage. My request was lost. Ok. Not the end of the world I filled everything out again and then it told me I had to setup more of the account setup (I want to say cc setup but that was later) anyway when I was done with this second part it again sent me to the homepage. I filled out the request for a third time and now it asked me to setup CC payment. I filled out my card details clicked save and… it returned me to the page where I had to add a card…. Annoyed I tried adding the card again and it did the same thing. At this point I’m giving up so I hit the back button and then magically my card shows up to select. After that I was able to submit my request and everything went fine. So ya some buggy initial setup but workable. I plan to use this again as the service was excellent!

I paid over $300 for 2, 6 hour deep cleaners for a move out. The summary said that this is enough for a 3000 sq foot home plus basement! I thought this would be great for our 4 bedroom 1700 sq foot home, with plenty of time! The house was empty except for a few cleaning supplies so should have been very simple. I also requested for the cleaners to bring their own vacuum which was an item that Diem asked if we needed. I met the cleaners and left the house and came back the next day to find the house was not cleaned!! They cleaned the counter top in the bathroom and they mopped the kitchen floor, the rest of the house was never cleaned. One of the bedrooms was partly vacuumed, turns out they used my vacuum and broke it. They left their trash in the backyard and front patio. The trash had empty alcohol cans, cigarette butts on the front patio and outside, boxes from the mop they bought from the 99 cent store were left on the lawn. There was trash for marinated steak - yep - they used the bbq in the backyard. These cleaners had their own little party at our expense and we did not have time to get new cleaners before our move out. Additionally - Diem did NOTHING!!!! We called, I sent multiple disputes and have not received any responses. I have pictures of it all. Worst ever - hire a cleaning service made specially for cleaning and not just a service app where any tweaker off the street can say they can clean and show up to party at your house.

I hired 3 companies to mow my lawn before I hired Diem. I had a horrible experience with all 3. I decided to give Diem a try. I hired them at 9:30pm and got a confirmation around 9:45 telling me that they received my order. I wasn’t expecting that since it was already late. Then I get an update at 10:30pm telling me my Diem would be here the next day at 5pm. Wasn’t expecting that either. It took the other companies 3+ days to show up to my house after I hired them. Diem showed up the next day after I contacted them late the night before. This was too good to be true! It wasn’t!!! I didn’t even know they showed up the next day. They were that fast. Not only were they fast.... out of the 4 companies I hired to mow my lawn, Diem by far did the best job. Not even close. Very impressed with this company! Highly recommend. In less than 24 hours from hiring them, my lawn was mowed and it looks awesome. Not using anyone else going forward.
