Clean Me - Mobile Car Wash

I tried to make my first (and last!) booking but there was no facility to request a specific time slot on the chosen day. Worse than that... when I tried to cancel the booking on my iPhone 16, the button I needed to press to cancel was hidden and I couldn't "move" the page in order to reach it. When I tried to send a message to Clean Me support, I couldn't see what I was typing because the keyboard couldn't be swiped away and the text I'd typed couldn't be moved either. Why do these companies launch apps without the geeks who design them actually testing them on the device people will be using? I finally managed to, just about, see the cancellation button by using my iPad instead so managed to cancel the booking. I suppose the next thing will be that the supposed automatic refund also won't turn up! I have deleted the app and suggest no one else downloads it as its functionality is hopeless!

Chris came to spruce up my 7 year old well loved Golf. My car has NEVER BEEN so clean-since the day I drove it off the forecourt. Chris went above and beyond, and took such care not only of my car but working in the road around all our neighbours too. (We don’t have a driveway and only on-street parking.) I would highly recommend Chris. Also, the service and communication from the team at Clean Me was overall second-to-none. Thank you to Favour for dealing with my booking efficiently and quickly.

Great app and so easy to use. It’s super convenient because I’m absolutely sick to death of waiting in line to have my car washed. Every time I visit my local car wash, there is always at least 4-5 cars in front of me and I’m there for at least an hour! With this app, I can just book when and where it’s convenient for me, the washer turns up and makes my car look sexy 😍 Will definitely be using the app again.
