It says “loading” for 2 second after clicking on the button but nothing happens. It was working 6 moths ago. It worked on the website. I payed with a check.
Have had trouble logging in on app multiple times in the past three days. Just sits there and spins then if I’m lucky it might go through on my second or third attempt. Also after I pay my bill it gives me a confirmation number and shows it’s zero balance due but actually it doesn’t even process through my bank. This has happened on two bills in the past 30 days - ever since the new update it’s not working.
In order to file a claim you need to use the app but I constantly receive error messages while trying to submit my claim. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails and the website is unhelpful. Please invest in better ux designers and developers because this is a horrible app experience. I will consider changing insurance companies due to the horrible customer service at CIG
