I used to like this app. When it updated in February, it’s not the same. I was able to see on the old version, exactly how many tier credits I needed to get to the next level and now I can’t see that. Also, my rewards appear only when they want to.

Lots of old reviews are bringing bad light to this app because it works pretty well as of June 2022 but can be kind of slow to respond to input sometimes. Easy to check your rewards status and any food credits and free play promotions you have. Is a perfect companion app if you visit the Durant location. I do have a suggestion that I think would be an awesome implementation after bugs are fixed and the app runs smoother: - add option to check in/ add name to list at popular restaurants - allow us to view hotel reservations from the app, check in/out, and show room status - allow valet and bell desk verification to be viewed/saved in the app - add an option in the pathfinder section to display a random slot game to play based off filters like denom or manufacturer.

I have downloaded 3 times and STILL receive the same error message “could not process user info at this time”! How extremely aggravating when you can only find out your player’s club perks (supposedly) through this app or by going directly to a Player’s Club Desk in person. Choctaw will no longer give that info over the phone. For many of us DFW “regular” gamblers, we decide which casino to visit based off of our player’s club rewards! Now, I have to drive an hour and a half just to find out what deals I have because your app is faulty and you won’t answer over the phone?!! Ridiculous! Maybe you guys should hire the folks that put together Winstar’s app, because I can sure log in on both their website and through their app with NO problems whatsoever! BTW I have imputed my card player’s number every which possible way, INCLUDING the right way (which is to omit the letters and beginning zeros) and it still will NOT process...grrr I’m going to Winstar!
