I really enjoy playing this game and it’s extremely fun and almost relaxing. But it has many issues as well. For one it seems as though you get an ad every 5 minutes while playing, while its understandable that gaming companies need ads in order to make revenue, there are other ways to incorporate ads into a game besides forcing them into players faces so frequently. like giving rewards for watching ads or only giving ads when players interact with certain things. i do not like how the ads almost jumpscare you. the workers and random events are also extremely annoying and make me want to click off the game immediately. so many times customers get annoyed and walk away because my servers insist on putting things in the fridge instead of on the juice stations. shouldn’t stocking the fridge be up to the porters instead? and the “thief” event and the “giant fruit or cookie” events are especially annoying, why can’t these be optional? i hate how i have to drop everything to deal with a giant fruit or no more fruits in that area will spawn. or being forced to walk all the way back to the counter and stand on top of a thief THREE SEPARATE TIMES! its not fun or entertaining its just a hassle. this game seems to not know if it wants to challenge its players or walk us through every step possible. choose one and stop being in between both. i love the concept and i will continue to support this game though! this review is for constructive criticism only because i wish for the game to genuinely be better!
First, I want to say that despite the issue I’m about to complain about, this is the best idle game I’ve played on the app store, period. The gameplay is genuinely really fun, it adds an extra little bit of excitement that most idle games lack, overall it feels quite polished as well. I enjoy progressing, I enjoy the storyline, and I enjoy the event mini games. My only complaint… and it’s a big one… is the ads. Forced ads every 2 minutes interrupt gameplay and ruin players’ immersion. It’s so frustrating it makes me want to put the game down, and after a few instances I usually do! Otherwise, this is a game I could play for hours uninterrupted because it’s Fun to grind. It’s a shame that a game of this quality diminishes itself with forced ads, it automatically feels cheaper because of it. The ads are deterring returning players, I know this from experience. No matter how good the game is, forced ads create a sort of fatigue in the player. After enough interruptions, the player will stop wanting to open the game altogether, it no longer feels worth the annoyance. The solution to this is implementing a system where players can choose to watch ads for various boosts, items, etc. and DROPPING the forced ads altogether! This will show that you respect your audience enough not to suffocate them with ads while they’re trying to enjoy your game. Players are more likely to CHOOSE to watch ads for bonuses in this scenario because the player feels more respect for the devs in return for uninterrupted gameplay. I’ve been playing Chainsaw Juice King since release, please consider making this change for longtime fans and new players alike. 🙏
Honestly, I haven’t been a big mobile game person for many many years. This game is awesome.. I love the progression system, and have always had a hugeee thing for incremental games, and this one hits a sweet spot for me. I’m on the second to last island now, and I only open this game about once or twice a day and put a max of 30 minutes to 1 hour each time, so I guess you could say I’ve been playing for a little bit. DEVELOPER(S): I have but one request. If there would be a way to make the “Porters” and “Servers” not clump together and always target the same fruits for deliveries and ect; I think that would be amazing. I do find late game is super easy for the small automation part this game introduces to get backed up (especially if you haven’t been upgrading your cards alongside your progression for later islands…) really easily, due to the reasoning that despite having many porters and servers; they’re always stacked on each other trying to get the same product. I think it would be a small simple but nice change if they were more independent as you unlock more quantity of them. Although, it’s just a suggestion, I still love this game, and do want to try to complete it. Much love for the devs, and they have received support for their game from me 🤙🏽
