About the linked bank account feature not working
Whenever the CBE mobile banking app fails, this app used to be a great alternative because you can still have an access to your linked bank account. But the linked bank account feature that allows you to pull money from your CBE account has not been working for quite some time and you guys have not been able to get it working. Please try to fix this issue as soon as you can.

Crashes on Face ID request
The app was functioning well until I activated Face ID. Now, when I try to log in, I'm only given the option to use Face ID, and there's no way to enter my PIN. Every time I press the Face ID button to sign in, the app crashes. It looks like I need to reset the app completely. 🤦♂️

I have been using this App for quite some time and now because I changed my phone, like the other person who commented, it doesn’t work. Unlike the other person, I went to the bank in person and one of your staff tried a lot to assist me, called someone else for help but she couldn’t fix the problem. 😁😁😁 All nicknames are taken? Unbelievable!
