Cats are Liquid - ALitS

This game is incredible! The mechanics are beautifully simple while still being challenging enough that it isn’t boring. The story is fantastic, and presented very well. It’s a difficult game that took me a fairly long time to complete, but it was so worth it! I’ve redownloaded and replayed this multiple times, and gotten most of the achievements. I still haven’t quite beaten the two to finish it without dying and without killing anything (in one run), because those are incredibly difficult, but not so much so that I hate the game. On the contrary, I love it so much that I keep coming back to try to get those last pesky achievements! Not to mention, there are barely any ads! Literally, I only get ads after completing a world, and sometimes not even then. It’s absolutely wonderful to be able to play without getting bashed in the face every time I hit a checkpoint. In summary, 10/10 game, everyone should play cats are liquid. It’s a crime against humanity that more people don’t know about it!

i love this game. it’s kinda sad especially at the end when it has messages (spoilers for pretty much the entire paragraph) about how it was the cat who locked herself in the closet the whole time. and her claustrophobia. overall it’s a pretty cool game. you gotta use strategies to help you get through stages. this game doesn’t explain the story very clearly, so i’ll just make up my own. i think the cat locked herself in the closet on purpose because she was sad about her owner dying so she died ig. but it could also be that her owner died and then she got passed to an abusive owner and then locked herself maybe? because the game says that it feels much better staying in there at the end. i’m not sure. there are videos out there explaining the lore behind it but i haven’t watched it yet sadly. it also really surprised me when the cat touched the white wall that teleports you to the next stage instead it fell at the last level. that was a cool plot twist, so was the fact that she locked herself in and not her owner. btw i’m talking about these things all from standard mode, i haven’t played the others yet. but i’d rate this a 5/5. very good and sad game. btw cute cat

Holy fajita, this game was absolutely impeccable! When I first started the game, I really liked it, and it made me super happy! I mean, you’re a cat that can become liquid! Adorable! As I unlocked new abilities, it got more and more fun. However (spoilers), I started to feel sad for the cat. She kept saying how she felt claustrophobic in the room. It genially made me sad that she had to endure these conditions. I felt sorry for a virtual glowing cat. That’s how powerful this game was. Once I got to like, the seventh world, I knew that I would have to finish the rest in one play through. I HAD to know how the story ended. This game actually made me so incredibly emotional, I had to pause it at times and just stare at the wall, sad. The final level was so emotional, I barely even noticed what was happening around me. And I played this incredible game f o r f r e e . I didn’t have to pay ANY MONEY. There was only one ad after the last level of each world. You weren’t spammed with ads after each level! I can’t believe how well done this game was! And I haven’t even completed everything yet! Once you beat the main story line, you unlock two new modes that are COMPLETELY different! I absolutely adored this game, and I would recommend it to anyone with basic platforms skills. If you cry easily, be ready to weep!
