Camtronome - Pro Metronome

Yes! I’m only in my first hour on this app and it’s far more than I had hoped for. I’ve been looking for this for a long time. It’s a great find. I tap out drum solos late at night and use a mesh practice pad. With this app, I can listen to the metronome while recording any clicking on the pad and heel-up clicking on the floor of my performance. It gives me a chance to go back, listen to what I can work on (transitions, odd times, etc.) while also selecting some great measures that I will steal and combine with other segments to build a story. I can save and load songs … do different time signatures, metronome, recorder, song maker and player. Aaaaand it’s an intuitive beautiful interface. Its good if your up close but the metronome can drown out your instrument once you walk away about 5 feet or so

So far I’ve only used this app as a loop-metronome and it’s really cool, definitely excellent for practice!
