BYLT Basics

BYLT fills 75% of my closet. I love the drop cut athletic fit with short sleeves! The performance and 19th hole line are my favorite (just wish there were more solid colors in both 😉). You can’t go wrong with this brand. It is clean with no huge logos, just amazing material and professional look. Highly recommend, only if you want to replace your whole wardrobe! PS: Please bring on some more solid colors in the performance tees and 19th hole line.

I wanted to share some honest feedback about my recent order experience. It’s been over a week since I placed my order, and the product still hasn’t shipped. What makes the situation worse is that the tracking information through Shop shows the order as “partially delivered,” which is completely inaccurate. There’s no clear way to find out the actual shipping status through Shop, so I had to reach out directly via email to get an update. It’s frustrating as a customer to have to chase down basic information like this. I’d strongly recommend improving how orders are tracked and communicated so customers can get accurate updates without having to dig for them.

The BYLT app couldn’t be easier to use. The detailed information for each product with a model’s photo and their size and shape makes this app as if you’re actually shopping in store. I especially appreciate the ability to “zoom-in” on fabrics to get a sense of styles. Much thought has gone into the site development; most features are intuitive. Checkout using a personal account is efficient.
