I spent 9 months contacting support every few weeks in order to get my account verified. I thought I was rounding up in the mean time so I didn’t worry about it that much. It was frustrating not to have access to the account but it didn’t bother me much. Come to find out after the 6th time support told me everything should be fine and my account wasn’t working, I’ve been charged a monthly subscription for 9 months. A subscription for a platform that was rendered impossible for me to use by the incompetent support. Upon complaining about this I was offered one free month of Bundil for my patience. I doubt I will ever be able to use this month since the platform still does not currently work for me. Never use this app. You will not make more money than you spend on it and the experience is awful. If you want crypto buy it for $5 a month directly and save yourself the trouble of this useless app.
Do not trust this company. During signup with the app it was not disclosed there would be a $4.99 monthly fee. Soon as I saw the charge I canceled my account and was locked out of the app. I also could not find a way to contact support until I got on a computer and went to their website as going to the web site on a mobile device simply opens the app. When I contacted support they insisted it was disclosed within the app during sign up. This was a blatant lie as I created a new account with a different email and phone number and again there was no mention of a monthly fee. A monthly fee would not have been a problem had it been made clear but I do not trust any company that attempts to hide this information and then blatantly lies about it. This app should be removed from the App Store.
This is the first view that I have ever left on the App Store, that should say a lot about bundil. I have been using it for about two months now and have turned simple change that I normally wouldn’t notice into crypto assets. Most times I don’t even realize how much I have in my account, it’s been about three weeks since I last checked it and now I have over $100 in ethereum. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app, thanks Bundil and developers!!
