Me and my friends bought four tickets, but when we arrived at the venue, we were refused entry without any clear reason. When we requested a refund, they refused, claiming there was “no proof” that we hadn’t entered the event.

This application is horrible. I have been seeing a lot of problems using it in last few years. But the recent one is the worst one. I can’t even login in my iPhone. I purchased a ticket on the website. And when I wanted to go to the event the ticket was available just on the app. On iOS phone no one can login. So I had to beg people to find someone with Android. All people know who have iPhone can’t login. The issue has not been resolved after one month.

It's impossible to contact with someone when you face a problem during your payment process or during event.Although I've been trying to ask regarding overcharged ticket several times by mail in the app, no one has respond me so far. Unfortunately it's not a safe app to use your credit card , I would rather purchase my tickets in other platforms, sorry. It's a disappointed app.
