This is the worst app. Last year I had all my kids under my profile… until one day I didn’t. I was down to one kid I could see. The others had been transferred to my husband’s account. I reached out to multiple people at the school and no one could fix it and I guess third party support doesn’t exist. This year (2025) already off to a very helpful start with the app saying my email login doesn’t have an account linked. Just get rid of it, save a couple dollars, and start sending paper notes out again.

I like this app because it helps me check my HAC and see all the events, so far haven’t had any issues with crashing or glitches!

I like the concept of having everything in one app. It keeps crashing when opening teachers messages though. I’ve tried restarting app. Do you have auto-log generator so the specific error details can be emailed to you?
